Are you looking to build a new house in the beautiful region of Languedoc-Roussillon or have you already bought an older property and approached a builder for some renovation work?

 I am a qualified bi-lingual (English-French) Project Manager living in the area and can help you to get your property the way you want it.  I have already had my own house built and project-managed others for English couples, using different builders and with excellent results (see photos...)

 I offer a full translation and interpretation service for documents at 50€ per hour (= 4 x A4 pages or 3000 words), and can attend meetings with you, or on your behalf if you cannot be present, whether these are with the builder, the architect, the planning department or the Notaire.

 Project Management – which includes weekly written reports and digital photographs of progress – is charged at 5% of the builders’ invoice, before tax. This way you know exactly what my costs will be as soon as you receive your quote from the builder.
