GITE FOR WEEKLY SELF CATERING HOLIDAYS IN QUILLAN CENTRAL SQUARE

The Gite has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 5 comfortably. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle and coffee maker plus all the plates, cups glasses, bowls and cutlery, and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. A "welcome" basket - bread, cheese, jam, fruit, wine - can be ordered for just 10€ extra!

Quillan is a lively town with nightly entertainment - mostly free - and a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. This pretty little gite is opposite an excellent bakers/patisserie, next to a newsagents, a few minutes walk to the local Station - regular trains to Carcassonne and buses to Perpginan - and close to the local banks,  mini supermarket, a butchers, a greengrocers and a fishmongers. The bigger supermarkets (Carrefour and Ed) are just a few minutes away by car... 

More importantly, the Mediterranean beaches are 1 hour away, and there are several (swimming) lakes much closer! This is a stunning area for walking and, for the more adventurous, there is canoeing, kayaking, white water rafting, canyoning, horse riding, biking, climbing and aerial walkways in the treetops!!

Rental: Weekly rates in July and August, and Holiday dates (Christmas, New Year, Easter) 350€ week

            Weekly rates the rest of the Year just 300€.

            Minimum stay 4 nights.  Discounts for 2nd and 3rd weeks - just enquire...

50% deposit required to confirm booking. Included in the price are sheets, duvets and covers, pillow, towels, kitchen towels and basic cleaning products (washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, loo rolls...)
