| Each resort has it's own restaurant and bars or take a
packed lunch with soup (book with Fran) |

| Kayaking, canoeing, white-water rafting, canyoning, swimming
to name but a few. Organised days out on the Aude with several local sport
centres or swim in the private pool at Betula (for paying guests only!) |
| The nearest Mediterranean beaches are just 45 minutes away
and outside of July and August can be deserted. |
