bulletSkiing and snow boarding from December to March in the Pyrenees - nearest resort to Quillan is just 25 minutes drive, higher resorts about 1 hour away.
bulletDaily lift passes from 24 to 26€ for adults, ski and boot or boot and board hire around 14€ a day.
bulletEach resort has it's own restaurant and bars or you can take a packed lunch with soup (book it with Fran)
Water sports

bulletKayaking, canoeing, white-water rafting, canyoning, swimming to name but a few. Organised days out on the Aude with several local sport centres or swim in the private pool at Betula (for paying guests only!)
bulletThe nearest Mediterranean beaches are just 45 minutes away and outside of July and August can be deserted.

bulletOur department of Languedoc-Roussillon is an area of outstanding natural beauty - we are surrounded by mountains, foothills, river banks, beaches & lakes. Whether you are an intrepid mountaineer or prefer a gentle stroll, you'll be able to find somewhere beautiful to do just that, here in the area around Quillan.  For the fitter - or more adventurous - there are 2 adult bikes available to borrow (no charge) - just ask the boss!
